Dasyatis multispinosa [Dasyatis multispinosa]

Description

Dasyatis multispinosa is a stingray that divers may encounter along sandy bottoms or near seagrass and rocky edges. It often blends in by resting low to the substrate, then rises smoothly when it’s ready to move. If you’re patient, you may see it sweep its wings in a slow, controlled glide.
