Eagle Rays and Their Relatives
Description

Myliobatiform rays glide smoothly over sandy bottoms, using their broad wings to cruise and scan for prey. Divers may see them hovering just above the sand, then sweeping down to feed with their flat teeth, sometimes kicking up a cloud of sediment.
