Urogymnus granulatus [Urogymnus granulatus]
Description
This stingray is a master of disguise, frequently resting on or near the bottom where its texture blends with the substrate. When it moves, divers can see it glide smoothly along the sand or mud, sometimes kicking up a faint haze as it searches for food.
