Blue Spotted Stingray [Neotrygon kuhlii]
Description
Blue spotted stingrays are smaller rays with striking blue-white spots that stand out against their darker bodies. Divers often spot them resting on sandy bottoms or moving slowly along the substrate, using their wings to glide while their eyes and mouth help them locate prey.
