Polyclad Flatworms [Polycladida]

Polyclad Flatworms
Description

Polyclad flatworms are flamboyant, often brightly colored flatworms that crawl over the seafloor and among rocks. Divers may spot them during slow, close-up searches—especially on sandy bottoms, under ledges, or on reef rubble—where they move with a smooth, gliding motion. Their bold patterns make them stand out, even when they’re only a few centimeters long.
