Twostripe Coral Shrimp [Stenopus earlei]
Description
Divers often spot this shrimp tucked into coral rubble or living coral heads, where it stays close to its shelter. It’s known for its bold, contrasting stripes, and you may see it “peek” out and retreat quickly when approached. With patience, it can become a familiar little resident in reef crevices.
