Tui Chiton [Notoplax tui]
Description
The Tui Chiton is a species endemic to New Zealand. It has an oval-shaped shell composed of eight plates. The shell is usually a light brown color. The mantle is covered in short bristles. It is typically found in the intertidal zone on rocky substrates.
