Nikitai Tube-dwelling Anemone [Ceriantheopsis nikitai]
Description
Divers may find Ceriantheopsis nikitai in soft-bottom habitats where it lives in a protective tube. Its tentacles can look like a small, living fan when extended, and the whole animal can disappear into the sediment surprisingly fast when the area is disturbed.
