Mud Spiny Crawfish [Panulirus polyphagus]
Description
As the name suggests, this lobster is frequently associated with muddy or sandy areas where it can blend in with the substrate. Divers might spot it near burrows or under overhangs, where it waits for passing currents and then quickly retreats back into cover.
