Lysmata malagasy [Lysmata malagasy]
Description
Lysmata malagasy is a small cleaner shrimp that tends to stay close to reef structure, using crevices as safe retreats. Underwater, divers may see it picking at tiny particles and occasionally pausing as fish approach. If you slow down and watch the edges of rocks, it’s one of those species that reveals itself with patience.
