Lysmata gracilirostris [Lysmata gracilirostris]
Description
This slender cleaner shrimp is frequently encountered in reef areas with plenty of fish traffic, where it can be seen picking at parasites during cleaning interactions. Divers may spot it using its antennae to scan for clients, then performing rapid, precise movements as fish hover close by.
