Hood Coral [Stylophora wellsi]
Description
Hood Coral forms delicate, branching colonies that can look like small fans or clustered “hoods” rising from the reef. Divers often notice its pale, creamy to light-colored branches and the way it creates a textured mini-habitat for tiny reef dwellers.
