Description
This gorgonian is recognizable by its branching, fan-like growth that can resemble a miniature forest of soft arms. Divers may see it in sheltered rocky areas, where it sways in the flow and hosts small invertebrates tucked into the structure. Its color can range from light to more vivid tones, especially where light penetrates well.
