Elysia canguzua [Elysia canguzua]
Description
Elysia canguzua is a small, leaf-like sea slug that divers may notice as a living speck of color on algal surfaces. It tends to stay close to its food sources, so careful inspection of seaweed and sheltered rock crevices can pay off. When spotted, it’s often surprisingly calm and easy to watch as it moves along the substrate.
