Description
Divers may spot this delicate hydroid as small, branching colonies that look like tiny lacework attached to rocks, shells, or other hard surfaces. From a distance it can resemble a faint, feathery growth, while up close you may notice the repeating cup-like structures that give the colony its characteristic “bell” look.
