Bristly hermit crab [Dardanus setifer]
Description
As its name suggests, this species can appear a bit “bristly,” with fine projections that help it look rugged and well-adapted to life on the seafloor. Divers may see it moving between hiding spots, pausing to reposition its shell and investigate the surrounding habitat.
