Ancylomenes tenuirostris [Ancylomenes tenuirostris]
Description
Divers may spot this slender shrimp hovering close to its host, often tucked into the sheltered spaces of reef invertebrates. With its delicate, elongated body and subtle movements, it can be easy to miss at first—until it suddenly shifts position or peeks out from its hiding spot.
