Aglaophenia dubia [Aglaophenia dubia]
Description
Aglaophenia dubia is a branching hydroid that divers may spot as a soft, bushy growth on reef rock or other anchored surfaces. When water moves, the colony’s fine branches sway slightly, making it easier to pick out from the background.
