Halimeda Taco Slug [Elysia pusilla]
Description
This tiny sea slug is often spotted grazing on Halimeda algae, where it can blend in with the green, leaf-like fronds. Divers may notice it slowly inching along the substrate, looking almost like a small, folded “taco” of algae. Its camouflage and diet make it a fun find for macro-focused dives.
