Punctimanus box crab [Trapezia punctimanus]
Description
This box crab is a common reef associate, typically seen perched on or near coral surfaces where it can blend into the busy textures of the reef. When divers approach, it may retreat into crevices, but it often reappears as the disturbance settles.
