Periclimenes leptodactylus [Periclimenes leptodactylus]
Description
This slender shrimp is frequently associated with reef habitats and can be found close to its host, where it stays protected while remaining ready to move. In the water, it often appears as a delicate, quick-moving figure that may retreat at the slightest disturbance and then reappear once things calm down.
