Red Reef Lobster [Enoplometopus occidentalis]
Description
As the name suggests, this lobster typically shows striking red tones that blend beautifully with warm-water reefs. Divers commonly spot it perched in caves or among rubble, using its claws and antennae to scan for movement. If disturbed, it slips back into its shelter with surprising speed.
