Solenostomus paradoxus [Solenostomus paradoxus]
Description
This pipefish is another master of camouflage, often appearing as a small, leaflike shape among seagrass or rocky habitats. Divers may notice it by its slow, graceful hovering and the way it seems to “disappear” into the background until it shifts position.
