Description

Syngnathiforms are masters of camouflage, and divers often find them tucked into seagrass, coral rubble, or among gorgonians. If you’re patient, you may spot slow, deliberate movements—sometimes with a seahorse gripping vegetation or a pipefish hovering like a living arrow before it darts to feed.
