Dwarf Hawkfish [Cirrhitichthys falco]

Dwarf Hawkfish
Description

Dwarf Hawkfish are small, alert reef dwellers that perch on rocks and coral ledges, using their pectoral fins to “station-keep” in place. Divers often spot them watching the water column for passing prey, then darting out with quick, precise movements before returning to their favorite lookout spot.
