Eunicella racemosa [Eunicella racemosa]
Description
Eunicella racemosa typically grows as a branching colony with a somewhat clustered, bushy form that can resemble a small thicket. Divers may notice the polyps lining the branches, giving the colony a speckled texture. In the right conditions, it becomes a focal point on the reef or rocky wall, drawing in small fish and invertebrates that use it as cover.
