Eunephthya celata [Eunephthya celata]
Description
This soft coral is typically seen as a delicate, branching or bushy mass that can look like a living tuft anchored to the seafloor. In good visibility, divers may notice fine, feathery polyps that create a soft, fuzzy appearance rather than a hard, stony structure. It’s a great find for macro-focused divers, especially when it catches light from the side.
