Fijian chiton [Belknapchiton fijiensis]

Fijian chiton
Description

In suitable rocky habitats, divers may encounter this chiton as a compact, armored grazer on hard surfaces. Its appearance is often subtle—until you look closely and see the distinct plate pattern and the way it clings securely to the reef.
