Zebra Sharks [Stegostoma]
Description
Zebra sharks are robust, patterned sharks that typically spend their time on or near the seafloor. Divers often encounter them resting in sandy patches or near reefs, where their bold stripes and relaxed posture make them easy to spot—especially when they glide forward to investigate something new.
