Voluta nobilis [Callipara nobilis]
Description
Callipara nobilis, commonly known as Voluta nobilis, is a species of sea snail. Its shell is usually large and heavy, with the body whorl taking up about 3/4 of the total shell's length. The species is characterized by its brown to orange color with white spots. It inhabits sandy and muddy bottoms in the shallow waters of the Indo-Pacific region.
