Description
The Variable Pygmy Squid, scientifically known as Enigmonia aenigmatica, is a small cephalopod of the family Idiosepiidae. This species is found in the Indo-Pacific region and is characterized by their small size, typically reaching only 1.5 cm in length. They exhibit a range of different body patterns and colors, which they can change rapidly for camouflage or communication. They are known to attach themselves to seagrass or other submerged vegetation using a sticky secretion.
