Description
Hyalinoecia tubicola, also known as the Tube-dwelling Worm, is a marine species known for its unique habitat. This worm is a tube-dwelling polychaete that constructs its home from sand and shell fragments, which protects it from predators. The worm itself is often a reddish-brown colour and can measure up to 10cm in length. It is typically found in the North Atlantic Ocean, particularly in the deep-sea environment.
