Threaded Wentletrap [Epitonium tinctum]
Description
The Threaded Wentletrap is a small snail that can reach a length of 30 mm. It is white in color with an elongated shell characterized by a high spire and numerous axial ribs. It is found in the tropical Western Pacific, living on sand or mud substrates, usually in the vicinity of its prey, sea anemones.
