Spider Octopus [Octopus salutii]
Description
The Spider Octopus is a slender, long-armed octopus that can look almost like it’s “spreading” across the seafloor. Divers may see it perched on rocks or tucked into crevices, using quick arm movements and camouflage to stay hidden while it watches for passing prey.
