Solmundaegina nematophora [Solmundaegina nematophora]
Description
This striking nudibranch-like lookalike is actually a sea slug relative, but divers will usually encounter it as a small, soft-bodied animal with a distinctive, feathery appearance. Underwater, it can look like a tiny, living tuft as it moves slowly along the seafloor or clings near its food, making it a rewarding find for patient observers.
