Solmissus albescens [Solmissus albescens]

Description

Solmissus albescens is a delicate-looking medusa that can appear as a pale, translucent bell with subtle contrast against the water. When it drifts, its tentacles hang down and sway with the current, giving it a graceful, almost weightless look. Divers often encounter it in calmer conditions where it can be observed calmly hovering.
