Smaragdia souverbiana, also known as Souverbie's emerald nerite, is a small marine gastropod mollusk in the family Neritidae. The shell is round and tightly coiled, and is typically a beautiful emerald green color, though some variation occurs. It is found in the tropical Indo-Pacific region, in habitats such as mudflats and mangrove forests. It feeds primarily on algae.
