Sepia chirotrema [Sepia chirotrema]
Description
This cuttlefish often appears as a low, camouflaged shape against the substrate, then becomes more noticeable when it shifts posture or texture. With a quick jet of water, it can glide away from a diver’s approach, sometimes leaving a faint trail of disturbed sediment.
