Description
The Senegalese sole is a species of flatfish in the family Soleidae. It has an elongated body and is a sandy-brown color. It is found in the eastern Atlantic Ocean and the Mediterranean Sea, inhabiting sandy or muddy bottoms. The Senegalese sole is a nocturnal species and feeds on small invertebrates.
