Scoophead [Sphyrna media]

The Scoophead is a smaller hammerhead with a noticeably “scooped” front edge to its head, giving it a unique silhouette underwater. Divers might see it moving calmly along the bottom or midwater, using its broad head to help locate small fish and invertebrates.
