Description
This triggerfish is an unmistakable sight, with a bold, dark body and a distinctive set of “red” teeth that can look almost like a warning sign. Divers often notice it hovering close to rocky outcrops or reef edges, where it patrols confidently and may give you a curious, watchful stare.
