Description
The Parnaiba River Stingray is a freshwater species found in the Parnaiba River basin in northeastern Brazil. It is known for its distinct blackish-brown coloration with small, closely spaced yellowish-white spots on its dorsal surface. They are relatively small compared to other species in the Potamotrygon genus.
