Parasitic lightfish [Ichthyococcus polli]
Description
The Parasitic lightfish or Ichthyococcus polli is a species found in the Atlantic and Indian Oceans. They live in deep, cold waters and have bioluminescent organs. They reach a maximum length of 10 cm. Their diet consists mainly of zooplankton.
