Octopus diminutus [Octopus diminutus]
Description
As its name suggests, this is a relatively small octopus that can be surprisingly hard to notice until it moves. Divers commonly encounter it near rocks or rubble, where it may hover close to the bottom and use rapid color changes to disappear into the habitat.
