Oceanic Whitetip Shark [Carcharhinus longimanus]
Description
Oceanic whitetip sharks are powerful open-water predators with striking white tips on their fins. On dives over deeper blue-water areas, divers may see them gliding slowly and confidently, often silhouetted against the surface light before they drift away.
