Narrowtooth Shark [Hemigaleus microstoma]
Description
The Narrowtooth Shark is a small, slender species with a narrow, long snout and small eyes. It has a grey-brown coloration with a lighter underside. Known to inhabit the continental and insular shelves of the Indo-West Pacific, it feeds on small fish and invertebrates. It's characterized by a unique 'nipping' feeding style, in which it takes small bites out of larger prey.
