Moon jelly (Aurelia marginalis) [Aurelia marginalis]
Description
Divers often spot this classic “moon jelly” drifting through clear water, its translucent bell looking like a soft, glowing disc. When it moves, the bell rhythmically pulses, and the trailing oral arms can be seen as delicate wisps around the underside.
