Description
Stenosemus miniatus, also known as the Miniature Melo, is a marine species that belongs to the family Triphoridae. It is a small gastropod, reaching a length of up to 10mm. They are usually found in the Indo-Pacific region, predominantly in intertidal and shallow subtidal habitats. The shell is characterized by a reddish-brown color with an elongate, turreted shape. The species is known for its reclusive behavior and tends to hide during the day.
