Marbled Godwit [Limosa fedoa]
Description
The Marbled Godwit is a large shorebird. Adults have long legs and a long pink bill with a slight upward curve and dark at the tip. The long neck, chest and belly are pale brown with dark bars; the back is mottled and dark. They breed in the central plains of Canada and the United States and winter in the coastal areas of California, Texas and Mexico.
