Lined Mitre [Strigatella lineata]
Description
The Lined Mitre, or Strigatella lineata, is a species of sea snail, a marine gastropod mollusk in the family Mitridae. Its shell is white with brown lines, giving it its common name. The shell is elongated and has a pointed spire. This species is widespread throughout the tropical waters of the Western Pacific Ocean.
